Abstracts should be submitted via e-mail to PRUAC@poi.dvo.ru no later than 10 May 2015. The abstract is expected to be in an attached text file (.DOC, .RTF, .ODT and .TXT formats are accepted). It should contain the following information:
full names of the contributing authors and their affiliations (please specify the presenting person);
e-mail of the author who is intended to attend PRUAC and make the presentation;
the title of the presentation;
abstract of the presentation (no more than 200 words).
In the letter please also indicate if You need
an accommodation in the FEFU campus or Vladivostok downtown to be arranged for You by the local committee (please choose one of the accommodation options);
an airport pick up (please indicate Your flight number and the arrival time);
The notification of acceptance will be sent on 15 June 2015.
IMPORTANT! A VISA is required to enter Russia! Please inform us whether You need the official letter for Your visa application for the contributing authors and accompanying persons (see visa information on our website).
REGISTRATION FEE
The conference fee is set to 200 USD for the full participation. This fee covers conference bag, lunches, excursions, conference banquet and the social program.
For the citizens of CIS (Russia and the former Soviet republics) a partial registration is available. The respective fee is 3000 RUB, however partial registration does not include lunches and the banquet and excursions tickets. Those may be purchased separately at the registration desk.
Registration fee is normally paid in cash upon arrival during check-in times. In special cases a payment by the bank transfer may be arranged upon request (please contact the local committee via e-mail PRUAC@poi.dvo.ru).
The accompanying persons are most welcome at the conference. The accompanying person's registration fee for the participation in the social events is set to 100 USD.
